- Se celebrará en varios países europeos del 2 al 7 de abril.
- El objetivo de estas jornadas es acercar al público los secretos de los oficios artesanos
Madrid, 23.1.2024.- Europa volverá a celebrar los Días Europeos de la Artesanía del 2 al 7 de abril. Durante esa semana se ofrecerán actividades gratuitas que acercarán a visitantes y curiosos de todas las edades a la esfera de la creación artesanal. Ferias, jornadas de puertas abiertas en talleres o en la nube, demostraciones en directo, exposiciones presenciales o virtuales, conferencias, etc. tanto en formato presencial, respetando todas las medidas de protección, como en formato virtual o ambos a la vez. Una semana en torno a la artesanía en la que se invita a participar a artistas que deseen mostrar sus creaciones y compartir sus procedimientos de trabajo con el público.
Al igual que el año pasado, se incluirán los “Encuentros Singulares”, actividades especiales que ofrecerán una visita exclusiva para grupos reducidos en un lugar que no suele estar abierto al público.
El plazo de inscripción de actividades para artesanos e instituciones públicas y privadas ya está abierto en la web www.diasdelaartesania.es, donde se irá actualizando progresivamente el programa de actividades. Para proponer actividades es necesario darse de alta en la página web para subir posteriormente la propuesta especificando el título, una breve descripción, días, fechas y lugar de la actividad propuesta.
The objective of these conferences is to bring the secrets of the work of luthiers, jewelers, potters, lace makers, blacksmiths, weavers and all kinds of artisan trades closer to the public, to spread their enormous wealth and uniqueness. In Europe it will be held in other countries such as Germany, Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, France, Georgia, Hungary, Italy, Malta, Poland, Portugal and the United Kingdom.
En la anterior edición se llevaron a cabo más de 470 actividades en toda España. De todas ellas, 437 fueron actividades presenciales de distinta índole como jornadas de puertas
abiertas (talleres artesanos, asociaciones, espacios de trabajo, etc.), demostraciones de oficios, talleres prácticos para niños y adultos, exposiciones, así como actividades de comunicación del sector. También hubo 26 actividades online, como visitas virtuales de talleres artesanos y demostraciones en directo y 7 tuvieron formato online y presencial. Andalucía es la comunidad con mayor número de actividades, 124, seguida de la Comunidad Valenciana con 81, Galicia con 57, Castilla y León con 56, y el Principado de Asturias con un programa de 55 actividades.
Esta iniciativa es promovida por la Escuela de Organización Industrial (EOI), a través de su área de promoción de la artesanía, Fundesarte y junto a Oficio y Arte (Organización de los Artesanos de España).
