La Consejería de Empresa, Empleo y Economía Social inicia el procedimiento para incorporar esta cualificación al Catálogo Nacional
La Consejería de Empresa, Empleo y Economía Social, a través de la Dirección General de Impulso al Comercio, Innovación Empresarial e Industrias y Oficios Artesanales, solicitará oficialmente al Ministerio de Educación, Formación Profesional y Deportes, a través del Instituto Nacional de las Cualificaciones (Incual), la creación de la Cualificación Profesional de Belenista Tradicional de Barro, con el objetivo de preservar un oficio y garantizar así su transmisión a futuras generaciones.
Así se ha puesto de manifiesto durante la reunión del Consejo Asesor Regional de Artesanía extraordinario, celebrada hoy, en la que se ha comunicado que se está ultimando la documentación necesaria para ello, y que será remitida una vez se reciban los escritos de adhesión solicitados al sector artesano.
“Con esta iniciativa damos un paso decisivo para proteger un oficio profundamente ligado a la identidad cultural de la Región de Murcia, evitando que el conocimiento y la tradición del belenismo artesanal, se pierdan con el paso del tiempo”, explicó el director general del ramo, Rafael Gómez.
En este sentido, la incorporación de esta cualificación al Catálogo Nacional de las Cualificaciones Profesionales constituye el primer paso imprescindible para poder reconocer oficialmente las competencias de los artesanos belenistas y, posteriormente, ofertar formación específica vinculada a este oficio tradicional. “La creación de esta cualificación profesional no solo reconoce el valor del trabajo que durante décadas han desarrollado los artesanos belenistas, sino que abre la puerta a que ese saber hacer pueda transmitirse de forma ordenada y reconocida a las nuevas generaciones”, señaló Gómez.
De este modo, la creación de la cualificación permitirá que los artesanos que ya cuentan con las competencias necesarias adquiridas a través de su experiencia laboral puedan acceder al procedimiento de reconocimiento, evaluación, acreditación y registro de competencias profesionales (Prear).
“Apostar por la profesionalización de los oficios artesanos es también una apuesta por el empleo, la formación y el arraigo al territorio, al tiempo que las dignifica y adapta a las necesidades del presente sin renunciar a su esencia”, concluyó el director general.
