El próximo 18 de junio, el Centro de Artesanía de Lorca acogerá la primera cita de un ciclo muy especial de cenas, en el que diferentes chefs de la Región de Murcia protagonizarán experiencias gastronómicas únicas en un entorno artesanal.
Bajo el título “Del taller a la mesa”, este primer encuentro propone una velada donde se fusionan la gastronomía y la artesanía murciana, en una celebración del sabor, el oficio y el arte de lo hecho a mano.
Organizada por Crafts Region of Murcia con la colaboración de La Birdie Catering Y Maraca Estudio, esta experiencia ofrece un menú cuidadosamente diseñado con productos procedentes de talleres artesanos de la Región, cocinados con respeto y creatividad.
Tanto el menaje como los productos gastronómicos que se servirán esa noche han sido elaborados por artesanos locales, destacando la calidad, la tradición y el diseño del trabajo artesanal murciano. Una oportunidad excepcional para descubrir, a través de los sentidos, el valor de nuestra identidad cultural.
El ciclo “Del taller a la mesa” continuará en próximas fechas con nuevos chefs y propuestas, siempre bajo el hilo conductor de la artesanía como motor de inspiración y excelencia.
