El director general de Impulso al Comercio, Innovación Empresarial e Industrias y Oficios Artesanales, Rafael Gómez, visitó hoy, junto con el alcalde de Totana, Juan Pagán, las obras de rehabilitación del Centro de Artesanía.
La remodelación de este espacio, cuyo objetivo es dedicarlo a la promoción, fomento y difusión de la alfarería, consta de cuatro fases. Para abordar la primera de ellas, la Consejería de Empresa, Empleo y Economía Social, a través de la Dirección General, ha destinado 50.000 euros.
En este sentido, Gómez explicó que “con estos fondos se subvenciona el coste del proyecto básico, la parte proporcional de la dirección de la obra y la seguridad y salud de las obras contempladas en esta primera fase”. “Con estas actuaciones se pretende remodelar estas instalaciones para poner en valor la actividad alfarera, seña de identidad de este municipio”, añadió el director general.
