El mejor pastel de carne artesano 2024 es el realizado por el pastelero Óscar Jaime Matehu, de la confitería Praga, ubicada en la avenida del Progreso, en Murcia. Así lo ha determinado el jurado del V Concurso Regional de Pastel de Carne Artesano, organizado por la Asociación Regional de Empresarios de Pastelería de Murcia (Arepa) en colaboración con la Dirección General de Impulso al Comercio, Innovación Empresarial e Industrias y Oficios Artesanales, que esta tarde dio a conocer el fallo en el Centro Regional de Artesanía de Murcia.
La secretaria general de la Consejería de Economía, Hacienda y Empresa, Sonia Carrillo, fue la encargada de hacer entrega al ganador del medallón que lo reconoce como el artesano pastelero que realiza el ‘Mejor Pastel de Carne Artesano 2024’, así como una placa distintiva para su establecimiento.
Durante el acto, los asistentes pudieron degustar unos pasteles de carne realizados por el ganador del concurso del pasado año, el pastelero Luis Miguel García de Andrés, de Pastelerías Luis Miguel, de Murcia
Sonia Carillo destacó “el alto nivel de este producto tan representativo de la pastelería salada regional” y dio la enhorabuena al ganador del certamen, así como “a todos los artesanos pasteleros de la Región, que día a día muestran la excelencia de su trabajo”.
