El director general de Impulso al Comercio, Innovación Empresarial y Oficios Artesanales, asiste a la presentación del concurso ‘Mejor Pastel de Carne Artesano 2025’.
Esta mañana, a las 9:30 horas, el Centro para la Artesanía de Murcia ha acogido la presentación del cartel del VI Concurso Regional del Pastel de Carne Artesano, dando así inicio al plazo de inscripción para los artesanos pasteleros que deseen participar.
Este certamen, organizado por la Asociación Regional de Empresarios de Pastelería de Murcia (Arepa) en colaboración con la Dirección General de Impulso al Comercio, Innovación Empresarial e Industrias y Oficios Artesanales, tiene como objetivo promocionar y poner en valor uno de los productos más emblemáticos de la gastronomía murciana. Además, busca fomentar la excelencia en su elaboración y otorgar reconocimiento público a los maestros pasteleros de la Región.
Los candidatos deberán estar inscritos o en trámite de inscripción en el Registro Artesano de la Región de Murcia, dentro del oficio de pastelero, y deberán encontrarse en activo en el momento de la competición.
El pastel de carne es una receta tradicional murciana con una larga trayectoria histórica, documentada desde finales del siglo XVII. Durante el reinado de Carlos II, ya se establecieron normativas específicas para su elaboración mediante Reales Ordenanzas.
Se trata de un pastel redondo, caracterizado por su cobertura de hojaldre fino en forma de aros concéntricos y un relleno compuesto por carne de ternera, chorizo, huevo y especias. También existe una variante que incluye sesos.
The 2 de abril de 2025, el jurado del concurso se reunirá para evaluar y seleccionar el “Mejor Pastel de Carne Artesano 2025”. La cata oficial se celebrará en el Centro para la Artesanía de Murcia, donde un panel de expertos del sector valorará los pasteles concursantes en función de su sabor, textura y calidad.
El pastel ganador recibirá el título de “Mejor Pastel de Carne Artesano 2025”, junto con un trofeo y una placa distintiva para el establecimiento. La entrega de premios tendrá lugar esa misma tarde en el Centro para la Artesanía de Murcia.
